You and I are having a chat.
Lunch at your place, noon. You will be there.
And do tell your wife it would be in her best interests to find herself elsewhere. Unless she would like me to tear apart her carefully built self esteem. I'm sure I'd making her cry would fill me with a special kind of joy. |

It is unfortunate to see that some groups still seem to be using fear as a way to push their own agendas. You would think that they would realize that the wizarding public is tired of their tactics. But apparently it's something they are continuing despite it not gaining them any significant ground through such means. But I do believe that they are starting to realize that the will of the public is not on their side.
Though at least the Bats seem to be pulling through a bit this season now. Making a late showing but they're still brilliant to watch. And entirely worth the vertigo With everything that has been going on in the world, it is nice to know that at least quidditch is still there.

You're friends with the owner of the shop that was attacked, yes? |

I have to say that was possibly the most enjoyable kidnapping I've ever had the pleasure of having. Then again it's not as if I make a habit to get kidnapped. Though at the rate work is going it's really going to be a matter of time.
If I do disappear, my money is going to be on Jorkins finally snapping. So do keep that in mind. I think he might actually get off any time the ministry is put in a poor light.
Thank you both for the lovely birthday though. It was rather dreadful having to go back to work instead of just drinking more wine.

Did anyone try out that skateboard today? |

I demand alcohol. And lots of it. Possibly hidden in beverages that can be ordered by color.

Not tonight, because I may have other plans for immediate celebration, but we will have to go out and properly celebrate. We can pull Weasley the younger along too if you think he'd go for it. |

I can deal with a loss. After all the Bats were putting in a good show until luck went against us. We've got good talent going this year. There's no reason that we won't pull higher in the rankings as the season goes on. I just need to keep that in mind.

So I was thinking we should all grab an after work dinner or drinks sometime this week. After all it's not often someone like Witch Weekly decides to take the heat off of us. |

It's heartening to see such quick and decisive action that was taken by the Department of Magical Law Enforcement last night, as well as continued efforts from the Department of Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures. I would like to personally thank those brave witches and wizards.
If anyone has information they feel might be useful to the tracking down of those involved in last night's incident, or other possible unregistered werewolves, should contact the Department of Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures and speak with an official. They appreciate any help the public is able to give in order to keep our streets safe on any night.
[Jonathan]
I'm guessing you managed to not get yourself eaten by a werewolf? |

The ceremony for the new atrium was actually rather moving. Everyone involved did a wonderful job and I think that the wizarding populace can be proud of what we have accomplished over the last few months. There still a lot of work to do, but there is something to be said about a symbol like that being put on display for all of us to see. I know that it certainly helped give me something to think about. So thank you to everyone who was involved and everyone who participated in today's ceremony.
We’ve got a long way to go but it does look like we are slowly getting there.
Veronica
I think my old boss is sleeping with his new assistant. I almost feel bad for the poor thing, but really I think everyone knows she's not going to last very long. But I imagine it’s going to be hilarious when he breaks it off, because there is no way he’s going to leave his wife.
Are you going to come with me to the Bats match coming up? Or am I going to have to find someone else to keep me from getting dizzy in the stands? |
